She is Certified in Stress Management, Wellness & Nutrition, Certified Professional Master Life Coach, Certified HIV/AIDS Instructor, Certified Domestic Violence Counselor and Certified in Holistic and Integrative Health. She is the founder and Executive Director of a successful nonprofits, New life Coach Inc. and has mentored over 100 women in the Illinois State Prison System.
Coach Bridget what she likes to be called is also the founder, author and publisher of 6 volume book collection " The Women’s Compilation book Project", and is the producer and director of the movie "God's Love Saved Me."
